These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OmarCua desktop application and the hosted authentication server that supports OAuth sign-in and related configuration (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
OmarCua is a desktop assistant that can automate computer actions and call third-party APIs on your behalf when you authorize them. The authentication server helps complete OAuth flows and may supply configuration needed by the desktop app. The Service is provided for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and AI model providers). Your use of those providers is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Outputs and automated actions may be inaccurate or unexpected. You should supervise the assistant, especially for destructive or irreversible actions, and review results before relying on them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
For questions about these Terms, contact the operator of this OmarCua deployment (the party that hosts this page).
